Accreditation of the Ambassador to the United States of America

Her Excellency Mrs. Cisse Cheikh BOIDE presented to His Excellency Mr. Joe Biden, her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the United States of America.

During the presentation procedures, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazwani, to His Excellency President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, and his wishes for the United States steadily progress and prosperity.

The Ambassador assured the US President that she will spare no effort in strengthening and developing the friendship and cooperation relations between our country and the United States of America, in incarnation of the will of the President of the Republic, and in the service of the common interests between the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the United States of America.

The US President praised the level of bilateral relations between our country and the United States of America, which extends for more than sixty years.
