The Prime Minister chairs a meeting of the Ministerial Committee in charge of following up the implementation of the anti-trafficking plan

On July 29, 2022, the Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud, presided a meeting of the Ministerial Committee in charge of following up the national plan to combat human trafficking and protection of migrants.

During the meeting, a presentation was made on the level of progress in the implementation of the national action plan to combat human trafficking, the mechanisms, and practical plans for its implementation.

His Excellency the Prime Minister has given the necessary directives to the ministerial sectors to take all legal, organizational, administrative, and financial measures to quickly activate all national mechanisms in charge with combating human trafficking, the effects of slavery and exploitation of migrants, children, and all vulnerable groups.
