Launch of the work of the ambassadors of the Francophonie Group in Washington

On May 2, 2023, H.E. Mrs. Cisse Cheikh BOIDE, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the United States of America, participated, in the launching ceremony of the ambassadors of the Francophonie Group accredited in Washington.

The opening ceremony took place in the presence of the Secretary General of the Organization, Mrs. Louise Mashikouabo, and was an occasion to officially announce the heads of geographical regions, as our country chaired the North Africa Committee in this group.

The aim of this group is to promote Francophone relations and values among the countries of this group.
