Meeting with the Deputy Assistant Minister of Defense for African Affairs

Her Excellency Mrs. Cisse Cheikh BOIDE, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the United States of America, held a meeting at the Pentagon with Ms. Shedi Blyden, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for African Affairs at the US Department of Defense. The meeting dealt with ways to enhance military and security cooperation between Mauritania and the United States of America.

The meeting was attended by the Ambassador, Colonel Mohamed Ould Moghdad, the military attaché at the embassy, ​​and Mr. Jiddou Ould Abderrahmane Ould Jiddou, first Counselor in charge of political affairs and human rights.
