Speech of the President of the Republic to Arab Leaders at the Jeddah Summit in Saudi Arabia

His Excellency the President of the Republic , Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, confirmed that Arab joint work cannot be strengthened except through the strength of economic partnerships between Arab countries by enhancing bilateral economic exchanges as a preparation for establishing a joint Arab market that lays the foundation for sustainable and comprehensive development in the Arab region. He added in a speech delivered during the opening session of the 32nd Ordinary Summit of the Council of Arab League, held today in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, that Mauritania inspires us with hope that the 5th Arab Development, Economic and Social Summit to be held in Nouakchott at the beginning of next November will be a distinguished station in the journey of joint Arab work. He expressed his pleasure in welcoming heads and leaders of Arab countries to participate in the proceedings of this summit in Nouakchott.
