Participation in a meeting at the US Department of State

In response to an invitation from the U.S. Department of State, represented by Mr. RICHARD C. MICHAEL, the new Director of the West Africa Office, Her Excellency Ambassador Mrs. Cisse Cheikh Boide, accompanied by the First Counselor at the Embassy, Mr. Jiddou Ould Abdelrahman Ould Jiddou, attended a reception organized by the U.S. Department of State’s West Africa Office on the occasion of the new Director taking up his duties. The reception provided an opportunity for Her Excellency the Ambassador to discuss about the excellent relations between the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the United States with the new Director and his deputies.
And to meet the Ambassadors of West African countries accredited to the United State
