The President of the US-Arab Chamber of Commerce is visiting our country.

Mr. David A. Hamod, President and CEO of the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce, paid a several-day visit to our country at the invitation of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Washington, Ms. Cisse Mint Cheikh Ould Beida. The visit lasted several days. The President of the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce met with several Mauritanian government ministers and several Mauritanian institutions, such as the National Tourism Office. During these meetings, an agreement was reached on ongoing and sustainable cooperation between our country and the Chamber. This visit is the first of its kind.
