Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Minister MOHAMED MAALAININE OULD EYIH – Minister of Vocational Training, Handicrafts and Trades, and Mr. David Hamoud, President of the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC), aiming to strengthen the partnership in the field of skills development through USA-Mauritania programs between private sector actors and/or public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
