The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lectures at the Institute for Peace and Security in Washington

His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, chaired a round table organized by the American Institute of Peace, where this seminar addressed the topic of peace and development in the Sahel region (the situation in Mauritania).

The seminar was attended by many intellectual and diplomatic figures and representatives of American administrative institutions, in addition to the Ambassador of Mauritania in Washington, Cisse Cheikh BOIDE, our country’s representative to the United Nations, Sidi Ould Mohamed Lagdhaf, and the embassy’s diplomatic staff.
